Summer State of Mind – Mulberry

Expansive, verdant, lush – the great British landscape provides the perfect backdrop
for this season’s key styles, captured in a series of spirited images by photographer
Guen Fiore and styled by Nell Kalonji. Taking centre stage amongst their wild
surroundings, Mulberry Icons and new styles alike – including the Lana, the Pimlico,
and the Mini Alexa – are refreshed in alluring and often tactile animations, including
finely-textured Raffia, sensory Croc, and a suite of butter-soft leathers.

An accompanying series of sun-drenched vignettes showcase a selection of picnic
essentials from our summer Lifestyle collection, with pieces including the Mandarin
Orange and Cornflower Blue Striped Deck Chair, classic lambswool blankets,
and our leather trimmed baskets, meticulously woven by hand in Somerset.

This summer, we’ve also collaborated with two visual artists, each exploring
the symmetries between city and country environs through their unique lenses.
Jessica Madavo celebrates the timelessness of Mulberry silhouettes in a series of
hazy, dreamlike portraits, capturing a cast of her close friends and loved ones on
the seemingly endless beaches of the English coast. Unexpected pockets of nature
found in urban spaces have always been central to Paola Ristoldo’s playful work, and
here they perfectly capture Mulberry’s distinct dual identities of erudite city living
and the leafy British countryside, which has inspired us since our inception.
