Harvey Nichols Launch their warming Winter menu and dining exclusives

As the chill of Winter settles in, Harvey Nichols have the perfect menu to warm your appetite with their Winter menu and Valentine’s exclusives at the Fourth Floor Brasserie.

 

The Fourth Floor Brasserie brings an indulging essence to the plate with their Winter Set Menu created with the freshest ingredients to offer a symphony of the season’s finest flavours. Created by Head Chef Lee Heptinstall, dishes include roasted tenderstem broccoli served alongside potato and mixed seed pancake, pan-fried sea bream with gnocchi, roasted fennel and mojo rojo sauce, and a coffee panna cotta. And all accompanied by a Winter Cosmopolitan to sweetly cleanse the palette.

 

Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship or just want a decadent dinner this Valentine’s Day, the Fourth Floor Brasserie’s Valentine’s Day event promises an evening to remember.

 

The menu comprises six delicious courses including oysters and Champagne on arrival, tender beef main and a decadent chocolate dessert. Plus, there’s the option of an expert drinks pairing to really make the evening that extra bit special.

 

For those looking for more than just dinner, then shake up the evening with an interactive Valentine’s Day themed cocktail masterclass and create some classic, signature and elevated cocktails to fall in love with.

 

Fourth Floor Brasserie head chef, Lee Hepinstall said: “Our aim at Harvey Nichols is to serve up classic dishes with an unconventional twist using the freshest and most in season produce. We are proud to source all of our meat, cheese and bread from Yorkshire to make sure our guests get the finest quality food on their plates, with excellent provenance.

 

“Both our Winter and Valentine’s Day menus offer carefully curated dishes with locally produced ingredients to give that special dining experience that the Fourth Floor Brasserie is renowned for.”

 

The Winter Set Menu is available February 3 – March 16 and is priced at £35 for three courses. The Valentine’s Day six-course dinner and cocktail masterclass takes place on February 14th from 5.30pm. Dinner is priced from £75 per person or £95 including the cocktail masterclass.
