Key Responsibilities
· Welcome customers into our piercing studio through maintaining an upbeat, warm, helpful and authentically Missoma environment.
· Ensure customers feel relaxed and comfortable and fully understand the Missoma world of piercing
· Confidently style and advise our customers on their piercing and jewellery needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look
· Provide piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making customers feel confident in your skill and experience
· Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines and best practices, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of our customers
· Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience
· Consult and guide our Retail team on legal, technical and safety measures in the UK
· Keeping up to date on the latest piercing techniques/equipment and legislations and ensuring these are implemented in store and communicated to the relevant teams.
Competencies & Experience
· A minimum of 1.5 years piercing in a studio environment.
· Extensive experience in piercing, demonstrated through an up to date portfolio
· Demonstrable knowledge of piercing standards and regulations in the UK
· A clean, professional and service oriented approach
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, employees and management.
· Can consistently elevate the customer experience by being; proactive, approachable, positive and engaging.
· Ability to identify each customer’s unique needs and tailor your customer service approach
