The Cut & Craft is opening in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Located in the iconic Victoria Quarter next to The Ivy and Ivy Asia, The Cut & Craft promises to transform the Leeds Casual premium dining scene.
Taking over what once was the former Collinson’s Cafe, where Wallace Hartley had played in the orchestra shortly before boarding the Titanic as Band Master you can expect a luxurious setting that maintains the character and history of the building with a beautiful central dome and a classic circular Cut & Craft central bar.
Work has begun and our opening is planned for October 2022. We’ll be bringing our famous flat iron steak, classic mains and bespoke hand-crafted cocktails, beers and wines.

In partnership with Leeds Mind, the Leeds Piano Trail returns to Victoria Quarter on Monday 20th January for Blue Monday (otherwise known as Multicoloured Monday). Any members of the public can play, our piano will be in Victoria Quarter on Queen Victoria Street all day.
